yeah, the neon sounds like quite a champ, but i would have to do something about that front weight bias of 65/35, maybe put the battery in the back, and c/f or fibeglass hood, fenders, and bumper

#23, 65/35, sounds like it would be fun if a frozen over parking lot.
Seriously though, Dirf is right. Look at how many times Honda/Acura wins their comparison tests. I've rode in several new Honda's, their nice, but hardly worthy of winning agains a good share of vehicles in it's class. I say C&D has been taking bribes for the past several years.

#28, And if I had 25k for a car, I'd go for a used C4 or C5, or a Z06 if it can be had for that much.
