They look like Supertrapps. Why you'd want them on a Lamborghini is beyond me.

The general idea is that you can add diffuser discs between the body and cover plate to adjust how much restriction you get. More plates=more area for exhaust to escape, and thus more top-end, fewer plates=greater restriction. I think the general idea is that it lets you tune the power characteristics of the car using exhaust restriction, but, well, ugh.
