WTF... this car lived in the Bay Area. It was last smogged in 2002 with these plates. I betcha it doesn't exist anymore.

although i'll say one thing I like about the car. the bowtie grille piece on the bottom of the bumper. i dont know why. but i like that idea. otherwise its horrible from top to bottom, front to back.
