I actually always thought the two-door Imprezas were a lot better looking than the sedans; it's a pity they stopped making them.

I think it would be a good marketing ploy to make 2doors, because the direct competitor (Mitsubishi) doesn't make 2 doors, and people wanting something more sporty looking, AWD, and Turboed, would choose the 2 door STi, correct?

Every Subaru owner wants a 22B, so this would be a sure hit. I've heard Subaru might switch to hatchback versions of the STi for the street and for WRC.

if i had one, the first thing i would do is remove the wing, relocate the i/c to the front and put a smooth hood on

#9, You make a good point, but I still think a good wing and hood combo can make a car look sportier. The wingless one looks good but I think it looks a little too much like your average grocery getter. Don't mistake this for ricer mentality, it's just my humble opinion.

#12, Curse you fools! you know not of which you speak! A pox on thee! No, I'm kidding. I think this wing and hood are a little gawdy, but they don't look too bad on the sti, but it does need to tone it down a bit.

#9, Sport Compact Car took their wing off gave it to a regular rex driver, sanded the stye down and painted it flat black
