#4, you have never seen that before? a lot of fwd cars (not sure about rwd) will lift the outside rear tire during hard cornering, it's normal

#6, i think that happens when you have sticky tires and not enough wheel travel in the rear to compensate for the extreme body lean during a tight turn...and probably the suspension is a bit too soft, because otherwise the car would be a bit flatter in the turn
