#3, Cars. Not trucks. Wheres our V6 Focus or whatever with 220hp? Besides, were just catching up with the Japanese in terms general quality and reliability.

Mr JD Power and his associates rate my 1992 Honda Accord as having better overall quality than most modern (2002+) American cars. Care for a piece of humble pie? |

#7, heh. They don't make the S10 or the Prism anymore. Nor do they make the Century or LeSabre. |

#7, Yeah, but hows the Mighty Malibu gonna hold up in 5 years? 10 years? You need to re-read #5. |

#9, Isn't that funny? The Century - LeSabre and S10 offically ended production at the end of the 2005 model year.
And what's this? The report is dated September 2005 - the end of the 2005 model year. |

Am I the only one who thinks the new Impala looks like Bonneville from the side profile and an Accord fron the back? |

#12, More awards for GM then. Who'd thought that?
I mean the car is holding up pretty damn good as a 9-3 and a G6 - despite the early negitive media attantion the G6 got.
Not to mention the fuel economy, |

#14, no. From Motor Trend, it has been said numerous times that the Century ended March 05, and the S10 ended when the Colorado debuted. Sure, the LeSabre MAY still be in "production" but it has been majorly phased out. |

#17, All sales until the end of the model year count as a 2005 Century - LeSabre or S10. Even if the model ended in march.
Traditionally - October 1st is the changeover. A 2005 Century sold on October 1st is still a 2005. |

#18, Did not know that, but it doesn't dispute the fact that they aren't being built anymore. |

#19, Yeah I know. But it doesn't negate their quality strives - even if the last Century was built in march.
Thankfully - what strides they made with the Century - will continue with the Lacrosse/Allure and the rest of the W's. |
