I saw that episode! They basically fabricated a tricycle frame and mounted a tractor-trailer engine. The thing was loud as hell and hauled ass. I don't know what would happen when the engine got hot or if he rolled it.
It was cool, but they could have cleaned it up and made it look nicer.
