#4, Completely different site altogether. No "official" connection to Ricecop, though, most of the members right now are from Ricecop, and Trooper IS the admin over there, BUT, Trooper actually chose a different name to use for his Admin screenname. I think Troop is trying to get members from outside the Ricecop universe.
