1961 Corvette. It has the "toothless" grille with the small pattern mesh, but still has the chrome molding on the side.

The first gen was 53-55. 55 was the year they introduced the sbc and the vette almost died off. Then they changed the headlights and added a fuel injector in 56 I believe. Am I wrong?
