#6, It sucks in air. Er... ooops.

Wow, control arms, track bar, roll bar and, uh, some bar. With all due respect Lemming: can you really use all of this? Or do Stangs really handle so poorly?

#7, let me answer that. yes, and yes. Fox platform for handling?! hah. That said I'm sure Lemming's Stang is very tied down and good to drive with all that work.

#8, There's so much work it's almost absurd. Was it really necessary?

That's a panhard (or track, whatever you want to call it) bar and the equipment designed to hold it in place, and a set of long, parallel upper control arms. It's an alternative rear suspension geometry--the stock setup has no panhard bar and uses converging upper control arms to locate the axle, which just does not work all that well.

Some of these alternative setups are extremely effective; this one makes the car much easier to drive.

#9, Oh, and I don't know whether it was necessary, per se, but it was a nice improvement over stock and made the car a lot more stable in turns, and the added noise, vibration, and harshness was surprisingly minimal. Since I'm a bit nuts, I'll probably put a whole aftermarket front suspension on the car eventually.
