I've been looking for a (decently priced) MPC/AMT 1982 El Camino model kit since the '86 is issued as a Super Sport with the aero front I don't particularly like. Seems the only '82 options are a promo model, a monster truck kit or a "Red Light Bandit" road racer.

#4, The only thing I can think of is to "kit bash" the 1986 SS using the body from the monster truck kit.

#5, That looks beautiful. It works fantastic if you can find the monster truck kit for pennies. Apparently it's rare.

A&J Resin kits does an '82 Malibu coupe to order that includes the quad light front clip and bumper. I'm sure they could mold and ship just the front end like they apparently did here with this El Camino.
