Actually these could help you with performance if the needle on the tach lights up. It helps you see when to change gears without having to look down to read and take your eye off the road/track.

#3, right. My truck is an auto. Oh well. I don't like the stock gauges. I'm planning to redo the whole interior eventually.

#5, true. On second thought, maybe I should've asked for 'em. Oh well. My buddy has 'em on his '96 and I think they look alright.
