Despite many attempts by the CIA, invisible cars never proved to the pheasible due to a certain unavoidable dilemma....how much attention a disembodied person gliding through the air in a sitting position attracts as opposed to how much attention a car attracts.

Plus, there's the whole problem of not only locating them in parking lots, but keeping other motorists from running into them when they see what they think is an empty space.
