I wan't to hate him, but my anger is offset by my feeling for the Miura.

I admire Leno for his car collection. Many celebrities just collect stupid crap, but he seems to have a large number of unusual and historically significant cars that otherwise would fall into obscurity.

Hopefully when he buys the farm he'll donate them to some museums and not sell them to some rejects that will hide them away until they rot into nothingness.

I recently saw a show with him where he searched the country for a specific Deusenberg... only to find it in Burbank, just miles from his home. Also, they showed his shop.. complete with his personal stem engine mechanic. The Deusy, by the way, recieved an engine rebuild and new headlights only. Jay intends to leave the rest as is.

#6, That's the other thing--he likes to keep a lot of his stuff original, and he buys cars to drive them. He's not some idiotic collector; he takes his cars out on the road where other people can see them.

It's a crime whenever a fine car remains undriven

#3, #7, yep, the kinds of cars he has, and what he does with them is wonderful... I also like how he does crazy shit too, like that massive-power RWD-converted Toronado, the Tank Car, he owns a SHOgun, and IIRC, he has an old '50s Buick that has a Corvette ZR1 drivetrain and suspension...
