#3, In the states it is, espescially around Michigan where weight requirements are looser than Nicole Ritchies jeans! Oh snap!

#4, HAHAHA.

Never seen that up here, maybe Canadian Towing companies are more cautionous. I think here I could drive a tow truck. How much do they weigh?

#5, Well, the smaller trucks are usually based on an F-350 chassis, which weighs, I'm guessing around 4700 pounds without a bed. And with a winch and toolbox set up it probably weighs between 5 and 6 thousand pounds (curb weight)

#6, dang, That's an F class licence then. Any G (normal licence) or G2 allows people to drive vehicle 5k Lbs.

#7, Yeah, anything with a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 5 tons or more requires a medical examiner's certificate. And anything with a gross vehicle weight of more than 13 tons needs a CDL (commercial driver's licence) to operate

#8, we have G-A class. A is the highest, like tour buses and shit. Some of them you have to take prerequisite levels. I don't know the medical shit. Uhual tried to let me drive a medium sized truck with no 1st gear, shit seat belts, and was about 6 times the size of the altima (cubicly). It was just with in the realm of my licence restrictions and I had driven standard twice in my life (which was good enough for them). We got someone else to drive.

#9, I'd like to drive a truck but I'm not old enough to get a CDL and I don't think me with a 13 ton vehicle is such a good idea :p

I'd also have to have an IFTA (international fuel tax agreement) license...
