Description:
Greetings from an alternate universe.

In 1958, Ford Motor Company unveiled the new "Comet" brand of cars. Although they were superbly engineered, they hit the market during a recession. It performed adequately in the marketplace, but by 1965, it was absorbed into the "Mercury" brand as just another make in Mercury's lineup.

One reason put forth as to why Comet did not quite meet the goals Ford Motor Company set out was that it had relatively mundane-looking cars. They weren't ugly, but there were just better looking cars out on the market at the time.

#2, Read the first line in the description.

In this universe, there never was an "Edsel" line of cars.

At least the Edsel had character, which this (very well-done) PS does not. It looks like everything else out there at the time.

#7, "Very well-done" can also mean overcooked lol. This Edsel PS comes off looking like a VW 411 crossed with a '57 Bel Air. And for the record, I like the looks of the (stock) Edsel.

From the front, it's been turned into a Humber Super Snipes Series III.
