#1, Do you have any idea how slow the 240's were?
Any OTHER engine in a 240z is an improvment.

Get it running perfectly, leave the exterior exactly as it is ( with a hood). Take to dragstrip. Scare people shitless.

The only things I'd be worried about is getting it to put down 500+ foot pounds of torque without twisting itself in half, and managing to fit tires wide enough to bite.
