I don't know about US but in Europe, when you show a DCOE to a person even remotely interested in real cars (fule injection is for scum, peasants and street riff raff) they tend to have repeated orgasms.

I was joking but the fact is that in Europe a battery of DCOEs is crucial to a classic tuned engine.
