I love the Studebakers with the single-bullet nose and the wrap around rear window.
Did anybody here ever play the PC game "Day of the Tentacle"? Because the time machine in that game looks like it uses a blue Studebaker (One with the single-bullet nose) as the power source for it.

I heard a story about a couple Stude engineers installing the body backwards on one of these, to make fun of the "which way is it going" design. The way I heard it, they got downsized for that.

Sorry this car doesn't have clear taillights and a skinny moonroof like your precious Nissans, but this car is a classic that will be worth far more than any Nissan ever will be.

It's cool that they're drag-racing one of these, but it's hardly anything I really admire from a styling perspective.

#13, what the hell are you talking about? That's alot of talk coming from a person that drives a escort. Any nissan will be worth more than your pos.

I was just saying that classic cars of this era (or "ulgy old cars" according to Nissan fanboys) will have the following advantages over modern cars:

1. last longer mechanically and structurally
2. retain more value
3. be more unique (rebading was not running rampant back then)
4. be truly considered classics (could you honestly foresee a Focus or Maxima or Jetta being considered a classic someday?)

Therefore, whether you like they way they look or not, they deserve respect.

Geesh, some people are in need of Ridalin.
