Description:
Dodge Avenger. There is a debate on whether this will foreshadow the 2007 Stratus replacement.

#1, well, for one, it's a CONCEPT and for two, you heard of the Audi Allroad?

#2, but this look a BIT too high, I could see a 'southern gangster' putting 24's on this.

So Dodge is slowly replacing their car line up with these?

#4, Well, seeing as the Stratus and Neon were basically non-entities in the market anyway, I don't see what damage drastically altering their car line can do to Dodge.

#5, That makes sense, when it comes down to it I'd drive this over a Stratus

literally and figuratively :)

#6, as would I. The Stratus look poorly built. Ever sat in one/driven one?

#7, Actually, yes. In my autoshop class winter before last, I'm 6 foot 200 pounds and that thing was a real pain in the ass to sit in, smacked my head on the door frame trying to squeeze in.

#8, I'm sorry. I deal with them at work. I hate em. One thing that pisses me off is the stereo. You have buttons that do double and even triple duty. The "eject" button is found by tapping the vol knob twice quicky, and to switch songs/radio stations, you have to wait until the vehicle wants to do it. :(

#8, Still probably better than the Kio Rio Cinqo I sat in at the '02 Philly Int'l Auto Show... I'm 6 feet tall, but I have relatively short legs, and even THEN, with the seat all the way back, and the tilt steering wheel all the way up, my knees were still hitting the wheel... not to mention my head pushed against the headliner.

#10, It amazes me to see people fit into Fiats and stuff like that, I'm obviously more of a land yacht man

...and then they turned it into a regular sedan.

It's kind of a shame, really: I'd like to see another 4x4 car like the AMC Eagle.

Just what we need, another stupid cross-over.

The Caliber's okay, tho.

#15, This would be the opposite of every other crossover, though: Instead of a bloated wagon body on a compact car chassis, this could be a regular car body on a 4x4 chassis. That would be cool, IMO.

Looks like what a Caliber-fascia'd sedan would've looked like.
