I've seen a number of cars in my are that have been lifted, but never got rims, so they're just lifted and have been that way for some time now

#3, Like the intersection down the street from my market. Seem to be lots of accidents there. It's apparently the 13th most dangerous intersection in SE Mass.

e: had 93 wrecks from 2002-04

#5, I used to live near the most dangerous intersection in America... they spent something like $80,000,000 abd three years completely redesigning the road/freeway ramp system to make it safer.
