I think the new chargers would make great cop cars, the 3.5L HO V6 is just as powerful as the Crown Victoria's 4.6 and it's RWD and has ESP (electronic stability program) |

#1, lacks the torque. which is more important in a large car such as this. |

#2, The R/T makes decent torque, about 390 at 4K rpms, perhaps it would be a better choice that it's V6 counterpart |

#4, $$$ the hemi is a very expensive option, not good for fleet vehicles. |

#5, Tis true, the R/T option would run an extra $7000 a piece. But in it's defense the V6 is about 200 pounds lighter than the Crown Vic, and although it lacks about 25 ft-lbs of torque it does make a slightly better powerband and gets better gas mileage. |

well wheredo you think the confiscated money goes to? it goes into the police force which is a good thing. keeps taxpayer costs lower, keeps them better equipped and gives them a reason to go after the big fish |
