Description:
Ford Transit SWB.

With the niche success of the Sprinter in America, I think Ford should think about bringing the Transit over... the cool thing about the Transit, it's actually offered in either FWD or RWD, as per the customer's needs.

5th Gear once did a (no joke) performance comparison between this and the Sprinter. This is actually faster... the Sprinter is limited by a highly intrusive TCS.

#4, When Jeremy Clarkson's ego became larger than Rosie O'Donnell's breakfast, he left Top Gear in the late '90s, and their ratings went into a steep decline... with these low ratings, BBC finally caved into demands from traffic safety and environmental groups, and cancelled the show.

The British cable channel, Five, then signed what was left of that Top Gear crew, and created a show called "5th Gear", as they couldn't get the licencing for the name Top Gear from the BBC.

BBC finally decided to try Top Gear again, and convinced Clarkson to come back, after he found out, that, on his own, he wasn't as successful as when he was on Top Gear originally.

Top Gear currently has a steady viewerbase of over 300 million around the world. I don't see BBC caving into the traffic safety and environmental people's demands this time :)

Sometimes I find Tiff Needell more entertaining, especially since he's an actual racecar driver... I did particularly like the one part where he almost crashed a Porsche Cayman midsentence. He's just calmly talking, periodically looking at the camera in the passenger's seat, then all hell breaks loose and he jerks the steering wheel side to side, looking absolutely terrified XD

#5, Why were traffic safety and environmentalist groups even involved?

They did not like the way Top Gear glorified fast driving and gas-guzzling supercars and sportscars.

And now I find 5th Gear slightly more entertaining than TG.

And I am excited for Tom Ford's new show on BBCA. :)
