I'd call him a tad inconsiderate, considering he's apparently blocked in the Accord driver.
Somebody just yesterday blocked me in a parking lot in a Mazda 3. I had pulled through so that I was backwards in one space, and when I got back to the truck this dipshit was just parked along the side of the aisle because he apparently couldn't find a close spot anywhere else and was too lazy to walk. I couldn't back up, since there was a car in the spot behind me, too.
I got pretty pissed, so I just pulled out anyway and gave him a nice scrape along his back bumper with my front one. The maroon paint came off with a little chrome cleaner.
<3 chrome bumpers.
