After a lot of work and wasted time I found a used gearbox for my R5 for 350pln. I can't afford it. Thing is, you can buy a rebuilt Fiat 126 gearbox for 350pln... with halfshafts... and a working engine attached o_O
Why I consider the downgrade:
-lower insurance
-lower maintenence costs
-easier to rapair/maintain
-easier and cheaper to mod
-a lot more fun can be had in a properly built Fiat 126 (RWD, rear engined) than in anything else, even for twice the money
-once you learn to handle this RR insect you will be able to handle even a WRC car :P |

Does that bit at the end mean that the car tops out at 125 kph (a little under 80 mph)? Wow. |
