All my friends know the low rider
The low rider is a little higher

The low rider drives a little slower
Low rider, is a real goer

Hey

Low rider knows every street, yeah
Low rider, is the one to meet, yeah

Low rider don't use no gas now
The low rider don't drive too fast

Take a little trip, take a little trip
Take a little trip and see
Take a little trip, take a little trip
Take a little trip with me

I'd sport it if it's Hudson-powered.

Being a 1942, this has got to be pretty damn rare... I'd say it's a shame that such a rare car got modified, but to be perfectly honest, this actually looks rather nice.

#6, Are you sure it's definitely a '42, and not a postwar? I was just looking at pictures of a 1947 Hudson earlier today, and it looked a lot like this.

#7, On '46 and '47 Hudsons, the grille is not flat across the fascia, the grilles on those years has an recessed area in the center with room for foglights/turn signals.

#8, GIS proves you right. This pretty much has to be a '42.

#2, Even though that song is iconic, as is "Why Can't We Be Friends?", this is my favorite War song: https://youtu.be/PSBWtq4evTw
