I never knew Chrysler did turbo'ed motors. Learn something new each day. What did those things power? and what kind of figures did they make? |

That's actually pretty cool. I just didn't associate American marques with turbos, ignorant as that sounds. |

Also, for interesting engines with less than eight cylinders, there's always the Buick GN/Pontiac GTA, Ford Supercoupe, and Pontiac GTP/Buick GS. |

#16, To a small extent, it's the same in Australia/New Zealand as well. Falcons and Commodores are just not considered performance unless they have a bent 8. That's kinda changing with the XR6 Turbo/ FPV typhoon, which are actually quicker, or damn near quicker than their XR8/GT counterparts. But there's still a GET A V8 mentality amongst the people who are allergic to japanese/asian cars. |
