After losing the charming small-town sensibilities that gave the recently cancelled That '70s Show much of its charm, Fox executives searched their back catalogue of cancelled shows for possible spin-off continuations. After writing off ideas such as Harsh Realm: Asheville, Firefly: The Planet Broken Arrow, and X-Files From Arbeville, the minds at Fox finally turned up a winner....
