#1, Well then I guess that means the engine choices for the 747-8I are the same as for the upcoming 787 :P

#3, Me neither. I've never really been interested in air travel. Apart from all the bullshit about what you can and can't say/do/take on the plane, I'm also not that interested in staying trapped in a confined space for long periods of time with other people guaranteed to all have annoying personal habits.

Let's see, I've taken 10 trips where a plane was required and been on 33 airplanes.

#4, I've never been interested in air travel either, the thought of being hundreds of miles above the earth in a tin can always gave me the willies. And all that damn security, I know it's important and everything but I'd rather stick to ground travel thanks very much

#5, Ha

I hate air travel, but if I'm going to visit my parents I don't really have any other options.

Let's see... my history with flying...

1986 (summer) - Florida to France round trip, grandparent's 40th Anniversary
IcelandAir... Orlando -> Reykjavík -> Luxembourg ...Then took a train from Luxembourg - Paris - Biarritz... then to my Grandma's house in Ciboure 54299

1989 (winter) - Pennsylvania to Florida round trip (we had moved [by car] from FL to PA in 1988) visit grandparents for Christmas (my grandparents had just bought a place in Melbourne Florida, planning on living half the year here, half the year in France)
American Airlines... Philly (16 hour delay, pilot's strike) -> Raleigh Durham (spent the night due to missed flight) -> Orlando

1990 (summer) - Pennsylvania to France round trip, Aunt's wedding.
Delta/Air France... Philly -> NY JFK -> DeGaulle -> Biarritz ... then to that house in Ciboure again.

Then flew twice yearly (summer AND winter) from 1994-2002 between Florida and Pennsylvania, through my various moves, to visit whatever parent I wasn't living with at the time... started out flying Spirit since they had nonstop between Orlando and Philly... then when that Spirit flight was no longer available, flew USAir with a stop in Atlanta for a few years, then the most recent times I did the PA-FL journey, it was a nonstop AirTran flight. Haven't flown in a plane since December 2002.

#17, I admit, I asked my mom to fill in a few blanks of stuff I couldn't remember... mainly for the 1986 trip, since I was only 3, and the only thing I really remember from that trip is getting my leg broken/shattered by my 2nd and 3rd cousins, when they thought I would be a good soccer ball...

#18, All I remember from my '86 trip to Disney World is getting stung by a bee that wanted my Gummy Bears.
