I think I finally know WTH is that funky radiator for. One guy in Poland had a similiar one on his Opel Corsa, he hit a pole head on during an amateur rally and all hell broke loose. Firefighters had to take care of the stuff that poured out from the thingy. It turned out it was a FUEL cooler. On the front bumper. Ingenious. [/sarcasm]

i could understand a trans fluid or oil cooler, but fuel?
