The term "Meat/Beef Curtains" is used to describe a woman's labia, that is, the skin surrounding the G-spot or clitoris or holiest of holies if that's what you wanna call it. When a woman has excess skin, or as 37 put it "roast beef", it's extremely gross and needs to be removed immediately for sale on E-bay or whatever the hell people do with extra genital skin.

#16, Urban dictionary told me aged and/or women who have had childrens get a meat curtain, which describes an abnormaly long clitoris due to skin stretching.

Meat curtains is a very large labia or vaginal lips. Yes, it does look nasty and it isn't so much to do with age. It presents itself after they hit puberty but not because they are 40. Buy a Big Montana at Arby's to get an idea what a large labia looks like.
It isn't surrounding the woman's G-spot. It's just surrounding the vagina. A woman's g-spot is inside her vagina (a few inches in at the very top, curling back).
It isn't a long clitoris. A long clitoris looks like a tiny, thin penis. Chyna has a HUGE one.
