That had nothing to do with it. They wanted the name to sound cool to little kids.

I had it; got it from my cousin when I was little. Mine was apparently originally red, but had been repainted with black model paint long before I got it.

I lost it in the cushions of my grandmother's sofa when I was five and found it four years later. I still have it in the box with all my other old 1:64s...under my bed, I think.

#3, I had one that I kinda "borrowed" from a kid in kindergarten. Years later, I bought another one at a car show which I still have.

I tried to look for my Frontrunnin' Fairmont just now, but I couldn't find it. :(

I did find the Mirada, though, plus the Poison Pinto and the Packin' Pacer.

#15, This is my version of the Pinto: http://www.southtexasdiecast.com/hw...8/1978_9240.jpg

The graphics are almost gone off of it, but "Poison" is barely readable on one side, and the front fender "spears" are still present.

I have one of these in solid gloss light blue with a gloss black base; it came with a playset when I was a kid. I just bought a green Poison Pinto (out of package, nearly mint condition) at the last swap meet I went to. I've wanted one for years and now I finally have it :)

#18, Yeah, I used to have that one as well. Got it from a Hot Wheels store in Disney World.
