these things make a lot more sense than what we use. Durable, small but big inside, diesel economy and that crazy small turning circle.

#3, Well, it looked fairly small at this angle. I shouldn't have made a dumb assumption like that though, espescially with the UK's history of building spacious cars small enough to fit inside fullsize truck beds

Yep, lots of legroom. Seats are pushed back over the axle.

#6, they need heaters and A/c for North America first. there were two here in Ottaw. Drivers hated them on hot/cold days

These are quirky but have zero charm. And they sound funny with the diesel. Never ridden in one but I've seen several.
