Oh and it's a PSPmess :P
I think I did a good job on the grille, tho.

Here's the mods:
Concord emblem (made with some cursive font)
Grille made from another picture from parts of this car, since I couldn't find a front view picture of a Concord
Concord-style clear turn signals
Concord name on licesence plate
Lowered the whole body to make it look 2wd.
