Description:
Can't explain this other than to say I was in a goofy comic-drawing mood tonight. |

I was on the school newspaper for a while in 6th grade as the comic artist, most of my stuff was plagarized from "The Far Side" comics because I knew no one else in the class had any idea who Gary Larson was. I tried drawing a serial of graphic novels but my efforts were, well, amatuer to say the least; The plotline stemmed from a character loosely based on me turning into a monster and killing other people who were vague representations of classmates who were bullying me at the time. I have some natural talent but I'm not as good as I was and not NEARLY as good as I wanted to be. |

#1, yep.
I need to launch Hejimon. I came up with him in 3rd year. "Hegemon" sorta sounded like a fucking pokemon to me and thus the monsterous hedge man/wold power that speaks engrish and can't get laid was born. Hejimon is friends with the ghost of the edmund fitzgerald. His enemies are an aphid (Aphudo) and Kurippa (evil hedge clippers).
It was created stone cold sober and all but one comic was written sober. The comic is half engrish and half bad japanese |

I used to draw a lot in grade school, mostly cars, trains, buildings, machinery, stuff like that. I was never able to get the hang of people unless it was over the top cartoony, like stick figures and such. Then, around high school, I suffered a several-years long depression where I pretty much abandoned all my hobbies and talents to rot, it wasn't untill about 3 years ago that I really started letting myself draw again, and this time, I"m making a concentrated effort to lern to draw the human (or barely human, I'm not partial) figure.... with varying success... |
