I actually like it. It's got kind of an upright look, similar to the pickups of the '70s and '80s.

Something about this reminds me of the Nissan Frontier; I'm not sure why. I don't think it looks bad at all, but there's something too plain about that hood. It's probably blasphemy to say so, but I think it might look better with a scoop or something, a la Toyota X-Runner. Actually, that might be an interesting touch for a sport model.

It's interesting... when a new vehicle comes out that is a bit too adventurous in its design, and after a number of years, it is hastily facelifted to make it more "acceptable" to the buying public, it ends up looking rather drab and boring... Subaru Tribeca, 3rd-gen Ford Taurus, 6th-generation Nissan Maxima, E65 BMW 7, hell, you can even look back to the Chrysler Airflow for an example...
