is there anything gayer than a "macho" miata wannabe? this is like that guy who hangs out at the gym way too much. |

I thought it was an S2000 chop at first, and I've come to despise the liberal use of the adjective "bold" when it comes to new cars designs. |

Except for the way the wheel wells are shaped, it doesn't look too bad, but lets hope that they offer a better performance option that just the stock GEMA engine. |

Ok, 175hp out of a 2.4 is pathetic for a "performance" car. Unless it weighs nothing, unlikely, it wont even hit mid 15s. They should just steal a 4g63 variant again since they cant build their own good engines.

#8, For a 'sporty' engine (not a performance one) I usually asuume that it should get around 80hp/litre (for, uh, other powerplants that pushrod V8s *runs*). So 2.4=192hp. For a 'performance' 2.4 n/a engine I want to see 200-220hp. |

Dodge has got the muscle market cornered, and I guess it would only be natural to bring in a sporty lightweight 4 banger entry to the lineup but this....I don't know, it just seems they could've easily dropped in a more powerful Mitsubishi based powerplant and not focus on the aerodynamics of the body so heavily. I can't say I outright hate it though. |

#11, If they put this in competition with things like the S2000, theyll get obliterated. |

#12, Oh, for sure, espescially when they count the "momentum fabric" on the seats as a performance item.
#13, Most likely, but the Solstice and Sky have the Redline and GXP packages, this thing better get some good performance options as well if it hopes to step. As of right now it's mostly just a sportier Sebring

#13, Failure there too, without a higher trim level with more power. |
