I'd rather have a stock GT and the price difference between it and either a Roush or Saleen. That money can be much better spent if half of it doesn't go into big wheels and uglier bodywork.

#7, The stage 2 comes with a core components package that retails at about 11K, comes with kit, tires, exhaust and a suspension system. The 427R comes with some interior goodies and an S/C kit that cranks output to around 415 hp/385 tq for about an extra five grand (and an optional 14 inch brake upgrade that alone costs $2700). A bit on the ridiculous side but you could build a nice car for around 35-40K. I guess full frontal nudity would be more fun though, ah well, *strips naked and runs into street*

#12, I still vote for the "build your own damn car" option; >10K is a total ripoff for the trivial upgrades included in the lesser Saleen/Roush packages. Tuner Rustangs always struck me as Ferraris for the white trash elite.
