There are just cars out there, that when they reach a certain age, even if they still run, they're effectively worthless. Because even if you tried selling it for $500, there's still better $500 cars out there.

#4, Back in high school, a friend of mine would buy up crappy $100 used cars from "some Spanish guy", drive 'em out to a wooded area, and just totally trash them... and just leave them deep in the woods when they broke. The worst car he said he ever got was an old '70s Bronco that completely died within 15 minutes of trashing... the best was some '80s Sentra that was still running and driveable after a few hours of trashing... they just got bored and left.
