The bottom end of a Cadillac 500 V8, for referrence sake, that's the end cap to a 350 sitting on top of the Caddy's end cap, makes it look puny huh?

Man...
I've got an old AMC 4.2L sitting in the garage ready to be stripped down. Its not realy small, but small enought that me and another person lifted it by hand. This thing is basically two of those in terms of size.

Wonder if a 500 would fit into my Jeep... :D
I'd better stick with building the stroker engine unless I really want to break something.

#1, Well, have the 500 on an engine stand right now, tearing it down so we can have the block sent to a machine shop and cleaned/honed/decked we're also collecting parts that were missing from it when we got it, went to Ebay and got a distributor and a new fuel pump, and are in the process of getting new valves and springs (stock valvetrain is too weak) timing chain, oil pump, etc. etc. etc.
