#3, There are hooligans wherever there's soccer. Could be any european country. actually, their a friendly bunch. Racist, nationalist, don't give a shit about the game. What's important is someone in the punching/throwing distance. If they get expelled from the stadium, they'll knife someone on the street or burn down a bus or a couple of cars.
