#4, they are rare here despite the fact win in a 20 min drive I can find 8 stores that sell them.
I knew one guy who had them on his car. He did as a joke and it was aweome. An alero with spinning chrome plastic iron cross hub caps. "ah dis one don't spin" |

#6, They sell them at Murray's and Pep Boys around here, every now and then I see a set on a Cavalier or some Oldsmobile |

#5, Weird, around here it's rare to see a car 10 years or newer with rust.
I've seen chrome rims before tho, mostly in the ghetto and seen some spinners too. Kid I worked with had ones on his LTD (mid size 80s model)
