My friend Todd has one of these, or he had one. He bought it from his step dad a few years ago when he got his license, kind of a beater but it got good gas mileage. Todd was a great guy but he...err...liked to embelish his stories sometimes and claimed that he'd gotten into a huge fistfight with some guy outside a bar and slammed the guy's head into the fender of his car, which was how he explained the large dent right above the wheel well. He supposedly joined the army and moved out of his house, then he changed his story and said he was moving out with his g/f, then he changed it again and said he in fact was going into the military. I haven't seen him in over a year...and I don't know if I ever will see him again. Odd fellow...

#1, My boss is gunna fire an embelisher.
He is an olympian canoer who lives in a 4000 square foot cottage that you can snowboard from the living room into the river. He was like 1.2 million in Canoes he can't sell. He gets oakely's weekly. He is a canoe rescuer at mont tremblant and is on call all the time. There are only 15 people in Canada who can rescue like him....Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah

#2, Todd made up lots of whacky stories, three of which stand out as the most ridiculous:
1.) He claimed his mother was friends with rock/rap/country sensation Kid Rock and that she was able to somehow obtain a pair of his pants at a concert. Apparently Todd even got to talk to him on the phone.
2.) He said he actually ate lunch with "The Rock" a popular wrestler-turned-actor.
3.) Last but not least he said he bought not just a replica but the actual katana Wesley Snipes used in the 1998 vampire actioner "Blade" for the low, low price of $200. When asked to produce said katana, he claimed it was at his "Uncle's cabin up north."

#4, Sounds like your typical bullshit artist to me, I've known a few in my life. Like a guy named Keith who supposedly had 300+ people over at his cabin in Canada and scores with a half dozen hot chicks ever week. We figure maybe he got drunk and plugged some chubber and figures he's the man, but we can't really tell because we don't invite him over anymore.

Dude! If I ever go Michigan way, his is coming with us. And I will bring out the BS. We questioned this kid for over a week about his car. All 3 of us were car guys.
In the end he had a AWD, 455 v8, TT, NAWS, SC, 6 speed, Honda CRX with 5 seats and the biggest 20,000 watt stereo in Ottawa AND A TV son! It was so bad ass he could not bring it to the pool because it would get stolen ion Vanier (formerly bad area) so he would leave it unattened for upto DAYS at a mall know for car thefts!!!! Fuck the mall was near 3 bad areas! At the pool at least he could see it, hop the fence and kill the theifs.

#6, Hahahaha, sounds like a hell of a ride. I remember this one guy I hung with from high school, his name was Nick and he was actually pretty smart when it came to cars but you wouldn't know it by looking at him kind of a chav but he toned it waaaay down since middle school. He claimed he bought a tubbed 80s Cutlass which had a roll cage, drag race-prepped BB engine, shortened rear axle and deep gears (blahblahblah)for like $2000 from some dude down south (as in deep south). He said he somehow used his superior negotiating skills to rip the guy off or something, it was weird. I asked him to produce photos of the car and he said it was "In his uncle's garage in Canada" and got really defensive when I pressed him about it. I remember asking him about the car some months later and he was like "What Cutlass? Oh...oh...yeah...I know...I uh, sold it to some dude for uh...5 grand..." Keep in mind this was a also a guy who wanted to trick out his 93 Tempo.
