#6, from a rooftop, but the edge of my roof is a vertical drop. How did i get a camera 20 feet directly above the car?

#9, Yep!
Timer, screwed to the end of a long pole, standing high on a ladder on my roof, holding it up and out as far as i could. It wasn't easy but it pretty much got the job done.
