#1, I'd take this over a C6 any day of the week. The difference in performance could be rectified via aftermarket, if one was so inclined.

#4, The C5 is still a sexarrific car, don't get me wrong, but I find the C6's presentation is better. It looks more aggressive and generally faster than it's predecessor. And it's true that it's not difficult to squeeze C6 performance out of a C5's LS1.
