People, we're looking at the victim car absolutely head on. There's no way to tell WHERE the Vic is hitting. So I'll assume he's doing it properly and hitting just behind the rear wheel well.

#13, That's what that "Mustang spin" guy was doing. Very effective if you have fast enough reflexes.
