#4, Looking at what I assume is the front end, I see some wide chrome strip action.. I want to say Chevy Silverado.

judging from the rear tank, its got to be a dual tank truck of some sort
and its got 4x4 front locking hubs... ima go out on a whim and say ford ext cab 4x4.

#12, Yeah, Chevy dual tank trucks had em on both sides. Probably a Ford.
