Description:
16v GTi.
Sometimes I dream of a car, that doesn't have any funky engineering, that isn't quirky at all, that's solid, reliable and trusty, that every mechanic can fix and that has loads of aftermarket parts. And usually this is what I dream about, the Mk2 GTi 16v. |

#1, Perhaps... I just have a hard time getting to love the Frog, and with quirky cars it's a love/hate affair. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. |

Saw one in the early stages of rice today, fucked-up camber, shaved emblem primered over, rimz and regular wheels, wasn't pretty. |

Golfs have a long history of being horribly mutilated over here. Most of those have 1.4 or 1.6 engines, though, no big loss... but what did they do to deserve that kind of punishment?

#11, Back in the day? Nah. Maybe now but show me a 20 year old car without them *looks at his Renault, all the lights, warning lights, etc. work* Uh, anyway... |
