Well, believe it or not, Ford F600s are not that common in Europe :P
(I admit I coulda found a better pic, but I had to go through about 40 pages to find this truck I saw at schiphol)

This was probably the only front-engine truck I've seen on my 3 trips of Europe, except for maybe some older Merc's. All their trailer trucks are cabovers.
