Description:
A piece of history about to be turned into condos. Montreal has a lot of old ads on old buldings. The lofts 500 feet from me have the ads from the ARD and sons shoe company on the side of it.

There was a partystore in my neighborhood that shared a common wall with a clothing outlet. The outlet went outta business a couple years ago and has since been torn down. On the side of the party store was some very old painted adverts for what was, IIRC, some kind of beverage. I'll snap some pics when I can.

#4, Pshaw, we all say "Prolly" around here, us southeastern Michiganders (Michiganians?) don't have time for syllables.

#1, Here's the previously mentioned sign I was talking about, it was a common wall shared with a clothing outlet and partystore until a couple years ago when the outlet was razed to make room for another professional building no-one's going to use. Forgive the old-timey look, I didn't realize my camera's view-finder was black and white due to the brightness of the sun, but all in all I think it works.

I don't really know how old these signs are, probably around 40 or so years.
